This article applies to Imagine Math and Imagine Math Facts.
Activating a student sets their account to an active state, allowing them to log into and use Imagine Math and/or Imagine Math Facts. Deactivating a student sets their account to inactive, preventing them from logging into and using the program.
Administrators and Teachers can activate and deactivate students in their purview.
To activate or deactivate a student:
- Log in to the Imagine Math suite.
- If you are a School Administrator or Teacher, click Management > Classrooms in the left navigation pane.
Note
District Administrators: Click Management > Schools in the left navigation pane, then click Classes for the applicable school.
Customer Administrators: Click Management > Organizations in the left navigation pane, click Schools for the applicable district, then click Classes for the applicable school. - Locate the class, then click Current Students.
- To deactivate one or more currently active student accounts:
- Click the checkbox next to each student account you want to deactivate, then click Deactivate.
- Click Deactivate in the confirmation window.
The student is removed from the Active Students list.
- Click the checkbox next to each student account you want to deactivate, then click Deactivate.
- To activate one or more currently deactivated student accounts:
- Click Inactive Students in the list to display the list of inactive students.
- Click the checkbox next to each student account you want to activate, then click Activate.
- You are requested to wait while the student is activated.
- Once the "Please wait" message disappears, click Close.
The student is removed from the Inactive Students list.
- Click Inactive Students in the list to display the list of inactive students.
