Troubleshooting

Here are some quick solutions to problems you might encounter when trying to log a student in to Galileo.

I'm an educator, and my student does not know their login credentials

For organizations that roster through Imagine Learning or the Galileo Student and Staff Management page, educators and administrators can access student login information through the Galileo Student and Staff Management page. You can also print Student Login Cards for individual students, or groups of students.

For organizations that use legacy Galileo rostering methods, educators can access the student’s login credentials by clicking the information icon on the Roster on the Teacher Dashboard.
