Only District Administrators can change a school administrator account to a teacher account. If you need to change a District Administrator account to another role, please email a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This article explains how you can switch the role assignment of a school administrator to that of a teacher. The process for accomplishing this task involves two separate steps; first, the School Administrator account needs to be deactivated and second, that person needs to be added back to the school as a Teacher by either adding them or inviting them.
To change a school administrator to a teacher
