Simplified Rostering: Literacy Educator template specification

To roster educators for any Literacy Suite products (Imagine Language & Literacy, Imagine Español, Imagine Reading, or Imagine Assessment: Galileo), populate these required fields in the Simplified Educator roster template with your data. 

Field Description
account_type (required)

Specifies the account type for this educator account. The account type determines which features an educator can use. Choose one of these account types: District Administrator, School Administrator, or Teacher.

first_name (required)

Specifies the educator's first name.

last_name (required)

Specifies the educator's last name.

educator_email (required)

Specifies the educator's email address. The email address is the educator's username that they will use to log in to the Imagine Learning Literacy portal.

classroom_name (required)

Specifies the name of the classroom that you want to assign this educator account to. All classroom names must be unique within your school and district.

 Caution

The value in the classroom_name field in your Educator roster file must match the value in the classroom_name field in your Student roster file.

 Note

This field is not required if this educator is a District Administrator.

Specifies the full name of the school you want to assign this educator account to. This school name must be unique within your district.
