Re-opening a test for a student

If a student has submitted a test without completing it, or if due to extenuating circumstances their teacher would like them to re-work their answers, the test can be re-opened.

To Re-open a Test for the student

  • Make sure that the test has been scheduled and that the testing window is open. You can check this on the Class Calendar. If the test is not currently scheduled/the window isn't currently open, you will need to re-schedule the test.

  • From the Test Monitoring page, ensure that the test is unlocked. If the test is locked or submitted you will see a closed lock image.  You will need to click on the lock to unlock that image.
