If a student has submitted a test without completing it, or if due to extenuating circumstances their teacher would like them to re-work their answers, the test can be re-opened.
To Re-open a Test for the student
1. Make sure that the test has been scheduled and that the testing window is open. You can check this on the Class Calendar. If the test is not currently scheduled/the window isn't currently open, you will need to re-schedule the test. (See Bulk Scheduler Tool for instructions)
2. From the Test Monitoring page, make sure that the test is unlocked. If the test is locked or submitted (i.e. if the lock icon is closed, or has turned green), you'll need to unlock the test. (See Lock/Unlock/Submit Tests (as a Teacher) for instructions.)
