Edit/Delete a Scheduled Test

Access the test

Edit Test Schedule Page

Overview

Once a test is scheduled, certain testing information may be modified.

Access

From Launchpad

1. Click the Schedule Test tile from the Launchpad page.

See Manage & Customize Tiles if you need help adding this tile to your launchpad.

2. Locate the test schedule which needs to be modified, and click on it

3. Click View/Edit Schedule button

From the Teacher Dashboard Page

1. Click the Dashboard icon

2. Hover over the Dashboard menu option and select Teacher

3. In the Dashboard widget select either the Class or Intervention Group radio button

a. If you selected the Class radio button, verify that the appropriate School and Class are selected.

b. If you selected the Intervention Group radio button, select the Intervention Group Library and the Intervention Group

 4. Click the Calendar link

5. Locate the test schedule which needs to be modified, and click on it

6. Click View/Edit Schedule button

From the Class Calendar Page

1. Click one of the following:

a. Assessment > Test Scheduling > Class Calendar

b. The Class Calendar icon   blobid0.png

c. The Class Calendar tile from the launchpad    mceclip0.png

2. Locate the test schedule which needs to be modified, and click on it

3. Click View/Edit Schedule button

Edit Test Schedule

1. If the test is closed, a message displays as such. Refer to the Close/Open a Test Page [link pending]

2. Edit any of the test information. For more information see Scheduling Tests

Delete A Scheduled Test

1. Click Delete

2. The following pop-up will appear:

3. Click OK if you are sure you want to delete the test, otherwise click Cancel

If any students have already taken the test

Assign scores to another schedule of the same test

  • If students have already taken the test, when you click Delete you will be presented with the option to assign the student's scores to an existing schedule of the same test.

Delete Scores entirely

  • If you wish to delete the scores entirely, you must do so from the Test Scoring page before deleting the scheduled test.  See: Delete Student Test Scores for more information.
