Understanding the Resource Center in the Imagine Literacy suite

This article applies to the following products:

  • Imagine Language & Literacy
  • Imagine Español
  • Imagine Galileo K–12

Administrators and Teachers have permanent access to the Resource Center in the bottom left corner of every page in the products listed above. From this center, you can contact Imagine Learning to request assistance, view webinars and videos in the Customer Learning Library, and access Help Center articles and the latest product information.

To access the Resource Center:

  1. Log in to the applicable product.  
  2. Click the question mark in the bottom left corner of the screen to open the Resource Center.

     Note

    If applicable, the number in the red circle indicates how many updates you've not yet seen; this notification goes away after you've viewed the information.

  3. The Resource Center opens similarly to what is shown below. Click on a section to be taken to more information.

    The Resource Center has different sections depending on the product you're in and the latest developments within that product. The available sections and their descriptions are as follows:
    Section Name and Description Example

    What's New

    The latest news such as announcements, new functionality, contests, and contest winners.

    This section is only available in the Resource Center when specific information is being showcased; it may appear for some products but not all. Once an announcement expires, the What's New section is temporarily removed from the Resource Center until a new announcement is published.

    Help Center

    Auto-curated links to Help Center articles relevant to your current location in the program. As you move between pages, the list of articles updates accordingly. You can also search or browse through the entire Help Center at any time.

    This section is always available for all products.

     Note

    The Help Center link for Galileo takes you directly to the Galileo section of the Help Center rather than curating suggested articles.

    Educator Onboarding

    Guided walk-throughs to show you the most essential information related to specific stages of the school year. Click on the name of a guide to get started; as you complete each module, a green checkmark helps you track your progress.

    You can revisit completed walk-throughs later if you need to refresh your memory.

    This section of the Resource Center may appear for some products but not all. It may also be role-dependent.

    Customer Learning Library

    A place to access on-demand training, find Getting Started checklists, and explore Professional Learning webinars. No login is required.

    This section is always available for all products.

    Product Support

    A place to request assistance from our dedicated Product Support team. 

    This section is always available for all products. For Imagine Language & Literacy only, this section houses our virtual assistant chatbot, "Lex".

    If you don't have access to Lex, choose between Live Chat, phone support, or email.
