Viewing the Imagine Español Program Level Gains Report

The Program Level Gains Report shows student growth in Imagine Español for all active students by comparing students' current scores with their initial Placement Test scores when they started Imagine Español. The Program Level Gains report indicates if a student is working above, on, or below grade level based on their initial and current scores.

Administrators that are assigned to a district can view the Program Level Gains Report for any school or grade in their district and filter it by Organization or Grade Level. Administrators assigned to a school can view the Program Level Gains Report for any grade in their school and filter it by Grade Level or Group. The Program Level Gains report updates any time a student finishes a scored activity in Imagine Español.

 Note

The Program Level Gains Report only includes data for students who have completed at least 1 activity at any grade level since the beginning of the school year.

To view Program Level Gains Report

  1. Log in to the Literacy portal. If this is your first time logging in, choose Imagine Español

  2. Click Progress from the Dashboard drop-down list.

  3. Click the Grade drop-down list to filter the Program Level Gains Report by grade level. Hover over each section of the bar graph to see the total number of students and the percentage of students working above, at, or below grade level. Click Hide ( eyeIcon.png ) to close the bar graph. summaryFull.png
  4. If you are an Administrator assigned to a district, click the Organization or Grade that you want to filter the Program Level Gains Report by. Hover over each section of the progress chart to see the total number of students and the percentage of students working above, at, or below grade level.

  5. If you are an Administrator assigned to a school, click the Grade or Group that you want to filter the Program Level Gains Report by. Hover over each section of the progress chart to see the total number of students and the percentage of students working above, at, or below grade level. Click the Group Name to drill down to the group's Progress by Unit Report.
