Administrators and Teachers can enable or disable audio support for students who are using Imagine Lectura. Audio support gives students the option to have specific passages or questions read aloud to them when they click the Speaker icon ( ) in the lesson. Administrators can enable or disable audio support for any student account in their organization. Teachers can enable or disable audio support for any student account that is assigned to them.
To enable or disable audio support for an individual student
- Log in to the Literacy Suite. If this is your first time logging in, choose Imagine Lectura.
- Click Manage Students under the Manage heading.
- Search, filter, or page to find the student account that you want to enable or disable audio settings for.
- Search for student names in the Search box.
- Filter student names by clicking Add Filter, then choose how you want to filter results. To remove a filter, click the X in the filter tag.
- Click the arrows at the bottom of the list to page through student names.
- Click Edit (
) next to the student for whom you want to enable or disable audio support.
- Choose Yes from the Imagine Lectura: Audio Support list to enable audio support; choose No to disable it.
- Click Save.
To bulk enable or disable audio support for a group

Log in to the Literacy Suite. If this is your first time logging in, choose Imagine Lectura.
- Click Manage Students under the Manage heading.
- Click the checkbox in the column heading to select all the students in your class, then click Bulk Edit.
- Choose Yes from the Imagine Lectura: Audio Support list to enable audio support; choose No to disable it. Then click Update.
