If you are seeing this message you'll want to do the following:

If you are trying to login to a student account:

1. Double check that you are typing the credentials that you have correctly

2. If you still can't login, double check the credentials themselves

i) If you are a teacher, you can double check the student's username, password, and site code by logging into your teacher account at login.imaginelearning.com

ii) If you are a student, you'll need to reach out to your teacher to have them double check your credentials

If you are trying to login to a teacher account:

1. Double check that you are entering your username (which is typically your email address) and password correctly.

2. If you still can't login, you can reset your password using the "Forgot password" link on the login page.
