Student Profile

The Student Profile screen enables Educators to modify student settings, view the classes in which students are enrolled, and view the Student Progress Report. Educators can access a student's profile from Student Placement or Student Roster.

To access a student's profile:

Teachers School Admins (One School) School Admins (2+ Schools), District Admins
  1. Click the class card.

  2. Choose Student Placement or Student Roster.

Continue with the following:

  1. Click a student's name.
Settings Classes Student Progress

Click Edit in the appropriate section to update a student's settings.

 Note

The username is view only.

Edit Student Details

You can add or remove an NWEA or Renaissance ID. However, the External ID, if applicable, is view only.

Student Settings

Student tools Educators can enable: 

Student Tool Description
Text-to-Speech Enables students to have test instructional and assessment content read to them.
Language Translation Translates written instructional and assessment content for the subject. Available languages may vary.
Individual Education Plan (IEP)

Enable to include in reporting.

English Language Learner (ELL)

Enable to include in reporting.

Spanish Language

Math: K-5 students receive Math lessons in Spanish.

MyPath Math Assessment: Students receive MyPath Assessment in Spanish.

MyPath Assessment

Unselect subjects to turn off the MyPath Assessment for a student.

You must manually place students who do not take the assessment.
